Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that WONG SUK KAN() and LAM SIN TIN (†

carrying on business together in co-partnership at No. 25, Jervois Street,

Victoria, Hongkong, under the style of LAI SAM HING

as Manufacturers of Vermillion, have on the 18th day of April, 1915, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :--

蝠五認請

瀾舖老興三東 街

in the name of WONG SUK KAN and LAM SIN TIN trading as LAI SAM HING, who claim to be the proprietors thereof :-

The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the said WONG SUK KAN and LAM SIN TIN trading as LAI SAM HING but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of the following goods :-

VERMILLION, in Class 1.

The said WONG SUK KAN and LAM SIN TIN trading as LAI SAM HING disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the Chinese character "" (LAI).
