Liloan Harbor, Panaon Island, Leyte.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 371, dated April 3, 1914, a fixed red light, large lens lantern, was established March 5, 1915, on the extreme north point of Panaon Island, Liloan harbor, Leyte. The light is displayed from a white framed wooden structure, and is visible seven (7) miles over an arc of 265° from North 35° East to North 60° West. The height of the light above mean high water is 29 feet, and 25 feet above ground.

Canigao Light.

ON or about April 1st, 1915, the fixed red light on Canigao Island, west coast of Leyte, will be changed to an occulting white light, thus light, 7 seconds; eclipse, 3 seconds. Range of visibility, 12 miles. Position, height, and are of visibility will remain the same.
