SPECIAL CONDITION.
Upon completion of the buildings to be erected on Lot No. 676 two separate Crown Leases will be issued for such Lot, viz., one Crown Lease in respect of the area built over and one Crown Lease in respect of the area used for agricultural purposes.

No. S. 27-It is hereby notified that scaled tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the construction of a Tennis Lawn," will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 6th day of February, 1915, for the construction of a Tennis Lawn at Mountain Lodge.

For specification and further particulars apply at this office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

NOTICE is hereby given that the character and others of Gotsu-sho Beacon Light, N. of Amakusa-shimoshima, Hayasaki-seto, Province of Higo, which were to be changed (See Notification No. 935 of Department of Communications, December, 1914,) have been effected since the first of January, 1915.
