MINING COMм- PANY, LIMITED held at 25A, Kiangse Road, Shanghai, on Friday the 20th November, 1914, the following resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary resolution and at the second Extraordinary General Meeting held at the same address on Monday, the 7th December, 1914, was duly confirmed as a special resolu- tion :-
