No. 183.-Tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 12th March, 1906, for the supply of the undermentioned Summer Clothing for the use of this Department, viz.:-

For Form of Tender and further particulars, apply at the Offices of the Sanitary Board, " Beaconsfield."
Tenderers must produce a receipt that they have deposited in the Treasury the sum of Twenty-five Dollars as a pledge of the bona fides of their tender, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if any Tenderer fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

NOTICE TO MARINERS,
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lighted Wreek Buoy, which indicates the position of wrecked third Ikuta-maru, has been moored in the water off Mutsure-jima, Western Entrance to Shimonoseki Strait, as notified with the notification No. 50 on the 5th instant.
The magnetic bearings, taken from the Lighted Wreck Buoy, are as follows :—
Mutsure-jima Lighthouse bears about N. 9° 30′ E.
The top of Wakura-jima bears about N. 60° 30′ E.
Note:-The Buoy being fixed on the deck of the wreck my sometimes be changed from the present posi- tion, when the wreek are shifted about.
