EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under the authority of the New Territories Land Ordinance, 1905, (Ordinance No. 3 of 1905) section 40, this 15th day of February, 1906.

Any order, judgment, writ or other process made or issued by the Land Officer under the authority of section 7 of the New Territories Land Ordinance, 1905, may be executed by any bailiff of the Supreme Court, or by any other fit person named for the purpose by the Land Officer.
