His Excellency the Governor has, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, been pleased to appoint, Mr. THOMAS LUFF PERKINS to be a 1st Grade Executive Engineer and Mr. FREDERICK ÅLAN BIDEN to be a 2nd Grade Executive Engineer in the Public Works Department, with effect from the 29th May, 1914.
