BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Flogging Amendment Ordinance, 1915, and shall be read aud con- strued as one with the Flogging Ordinance, 1903, and the Flogging Amendment Ordinance, 1914, and the said Ordinances and this Ordinance may be cited together as the Flogging Ordinances, 1903-1915.
2. No person shall be sentenced to he flogged more than once for the same offence.
