RELATING TO TRADING WITH PERSONS OF ENEMY NATIONALITY RESIDENT OR CARRYING
ON BUSINESS IN CHINA, SIAM, PERSIA OR Morocco.

THEREAS it is expedient that transactions between British subjects and persons
of enemy nationality resident or carrying on business in China, Siam, Persia or Morocco should be restricted in manner provided by this Proclamation:
NOW, THEREFORE, We have thought it fit by and with the advice of Our Privy Council to issue this Our Royal Proclamation declaring and it is hereby declared as follows:-
