Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
NEVER BROTHERS LIMITED of Port
OTICE is hereby given that Messrs.
Sunlight, Cheshire, England, have on the 3rd day of November 1905, applied for the regis- tration, in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
LUX
in the name of LEVER BROTHERS LIMITED, of Port Sunlight, Cheshire, England, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since about February 1900, in respect of Candles, Common Soap (whether in the form of Bars, Tablets, Powders, Flakes, Liquid), Washing Powders; Detergents; illuminating heating or lubricating oils; Matches; and Starch, blue and other preparation for laundry purposes in Class 17.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the Offices of the under- signed.
