The Contractor must deliver in with his Tender the schedule of quantities and prices, which shall be fully filled up and shall set forth the items of which such estimate is com- posed, and shall contain his complete estimate.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract in the usual form of ▾ Government Contracts and to give security for the sum of $1,500 in a bond with two sure- ties conditional for the due and faithful performance of the terms of such contract.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Character of light: Pintsch's gas occulting green, light four (4) seconds, eclipse

three (3) seconds.

Candle power: 200.

Further notice will be given after the above changes have been made.
