NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of
the Supreme Court of Hongkong, dated the 19th day of November, 1911, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from £1,000.000 sterling to an amount not less than £30,000 to be effected by cancelling all the Preference and Ordinary shares which had not been taken or agreed to. be taken by any person and by paying off as capital in excess of the wants of the Company the paid-up capital on so many of the 300,000 issued Preference shares of 18/- each as shall within the period of six months from the 19th day of November, 1914, be offered to the Directors by the holders at a rate not exceed- ing Taels 5 per share Shanghai Currency and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 20th day of November, 1914.
