For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract containing conditions to be prescribed by the Board.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
