SPENCER GULF.-ARNO BAY.

MASTERS of Vessels and others are hereby informed that the Jetty at Arno Bay will be lighted by six Pillar Gas Lamps on the night of Monday, the 17th August, 1914, and the lights will thereafter be exhibited on the nights of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week, ie., on the nights that steamers are working at the Jetty. These lights must not be confused with the 6th Order Port Light which is shown nightly from the seaward end of the Jetty, as advised in Notice to Mariners No. 2 of 1914.

This affects Admiralty Chart No. 2589b.

WEST COAST.-STREAKY. BAY.

Gibson Point.

MASTERS of vessels and others are hereby informed that on and after the night of September 22nd, 1914, an A.G.A. flashing White Light (unwatched) will be exhibited at Gibson Point.

The Light will flash 40 times per minute and will be exhibited from an open ironwork tower painted Red, fixed on four wooden piles in 7 feet L.W.S.T.

Red Sectors will show between the bearings 126° (S. 57° 41′ E. Magnetic) and 141° (S. 42° 21' E. Magnetic) and over Fairway Rock from 22° (N. 18° 39′ E. Magnetic) to 37° (N. 33° 39′ E. Magnetic), the light will be obscured between the Red Sectors over the land to the westward. The focal plane will be 17 feet above H.W. and should be visible 6 miles in fine weather.

Dutch Folly Beacons: Alterations to in Progress: Temporary Lights Exhibited. NOTICE is hereby given that during the alterations to the Dutch Folly Beacons, the lights at present in use, will be temporarily replaced by globe lanterns of the same colour.
