No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

MASTERS of vessels and others are hereby informed that the Jetty at Franklin Harbor is now lighted by six Pillar Gas Lamps. These Lamps will be lighted on the nights of Sunday, Thursday, and Saturday only, i.e., on the nights that steamers are working at the Jetty. The Lights must not be confused with the 6th Order Light which is shown nightly from the Jetty as advised in Notice to Mariners No. 1 of 1914,
