Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor will be required to deliver all supplies at the Civil Ĥospital.
The Contractor will be required to deliver all supplies, etc., free from any additional charge, beyond that stated in his tender.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
All other information may be obtained from the Principal Civil Medical Officer at the Civil Hospital.
