REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 423, Notice is hereby given that the West Spit Gas-lighted Buoy has been shifted 6.5 cables S. 51° E., magnetic, from its former position and is now moored in 42 feet of water at low water of spring tides.

HARBOUR NOTIFICATION.
No. 4 of 1914.
Steam vessels prohibited from entering Harbour Limits during the night. NOTICE is hereby given that until further notice the following regulations for the port of Canton will be in force
1. No steam vessel shall enter the Harbour Limits between sunset and sunrise.
2. Ocean steamers may proceed past Taimei Beacon but must anchor outside the
Harbour Limit, below the Macao Fort until sunrise.
3. Ocean steamers may sail outward at any time.
4. The Front Reach approach to Canton is prohibited for all inward bound steamers, except West River Steamers, but any steamer may proceed out by the Front Reach.
