Port Pirie River and Harbor.
MASTERS of Vessels, Pilots, and others are hereby informed that there is now not less than sixteen (16) feet of water, L.W.S., in the Channel of the Port Pirie River from the entrance to the Harbor, and in the Harbor not less than twenty (20) feet.
This affects Admiralty Charts Nos. 2389b and 403.

WEST COAST.
Fowler Bay.
MASTERS of Vessels and others are hereby informed that a Chance Bros. Sixth Order l'ort Light is now shown from the Fowler Bay Jetty, in lieu of the inferior light shown previously.
The White Light is exhibited from a Red Cast-iron Pillar on the sea end of the Jetty, the focal plane being 25ft. above ordinary high water, and showing between the bearings 225° (S. 42° 29′ W. mag.) and 315° (N. 47° 51′ W. mag.). Light is visible in clear weather for a distance of about 10 miles.
Approximate position, latitude 131° 59′ 43", longitude 132° 26′ 55′′.
This affects Admiralty Chart No. 1061.

Intended Alteration in Buoyage.
NOTICE is hereby given that on or about the 11th September the West Spit Gas-lighted Buoy will be shifted 65 cables S. 51° E., magnetic, from its present position, when it will be in 44 feet of water at low water of spring tides.
The depth of water at the north-eastern end of the Crossing has decreased to 16 feet at low water of spring tides.
