REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 421, notice is hereby given that the Middle Bank Buoy-off Plover Point, Langshan Crossing-has been moved, and is now moored in 36 feet of water at low water of spring tides. From the Buoy, the Langshan Pagoda bears N. 20° 30′ W., magnetic, distant 10 miles.
The characteristics of the Buoy remain unchanged.
