Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office. Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

1. Area to be reclaimed to a height of at least 9 feet above Ordnance Datum and to be protected on the seaward side by a proper sea wall. All works to be carried out to the satis- faction of the Land Officer.

2. Two thousand dollars to be spent on buildings to the satisfaction of the Land Officer within 3 years from date of sale.

3. The Crown Rent on the portion of the Lot built over will be at the rate of $100 per acre per annum after the expiration of 3 years from date of sale. The Crown Rent of the portion of the Lot unbuilt on will be reassessed after the expiration of 3 years from date of sale at the fair and reasonable rent at that time.
