Target Field Placed in Position.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 25th July, 1914, a Target Field, consisting of nine targets and covering an area of about 2 miles, will be laid in a position 7 miles north of Chaopeitsui Light, and will remain there for three or four days. One of H.B.M.'s ships will be anchored in the vicinity, to give warning to approaching vessels.
