Launch to be of teakwood with hardwood frames and stringers, to have large deck house forward divided into 2 rooms with sleeping accommodation for 2 persons in each compartment. To be fitted with trimming tanks forward and aft to bring draft to 6 ft. aft when required.
To have two 18 ft. gigs with 5 H. P. Evinrude motor to be arranged to fit on to either gig. The motor to be fitted with maxim silencer. The launch to be equipped complete and ready for sea with usual fittings. Gun mounting to be fitted forward. All fastenings to be of muntz metal. Accommodation to be fitted under deck for 10 Chinese forward and 10 aft. To have steam capstan. Liquid compass with azimuth mirror and magnet holders to be fitted on bridge. Substantial galvanized iron magazine to be fitted under. European cabin, engine and boiler casing of galvanized iron. Contractor to state a time in which vessel can be completed.
