Towing more than two boats, which must be alongside, is strictly prohibited in the Front Reach between the Lower Harbour Limit at Shek Chung Creek and a line joining Honam Point with the British Jetty.
It is to be distinctly understood that the privilege of towing four boats through the Back Reach may be withdrawn at any time should the Harbour Authorities consider it expedient to do so.
