Towage in Back Reach.
NOTICE is hereby given that for the present and until further notice, towage in the Back Reach between the Lower Harbour mark at the Macao Fort to the Southward; a line drawn from Honam Point to the British Jetty to the Eastward; and the upper Harbour Limit marks at Lo Chun Creck to the Westward; will be permitted under the following conditions :-
(1.) Four boats may be towed, of which two are to be towed alongside and two
astern ;
(2.) The tug must be of sufficient power to have complete command over the
tows; and
(3.) The tow rope connecting the tug with the tow astern shall not exceed 50 feet
in length.
