No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 us a pledge of the

bond fides of his offer, which sun shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The launch will be sold as she now lies at Tsim Sha Tsui:-

Cylinders 11 & 22" by 12" stroke.

Orders to view the launch may be had from the Captain Superintendent of Police or the Harbour Master.

No. S. 194.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the erection of a Summer House", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of July, 1914, for the erection of a Summer House in Blake Garden, Hongkong.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.
