NOTICE is hereby given that the partial red rays have been arranged in the existing illuminated arc of the Low Light at Kojin-bana, entrance to Nanao-wan, Province of Noto, as follows, on the 27th of May, 1914:
The red ray between S. 47° 50′ W. and S. 82° 50′ W., to mark the sunken rock Shichiko-sh, while another red ray from S. 86° 50′ W., through W., to N. 52° 40′ W., covers the sunken rocks Sohamadashi and Moritaguri. (Magnetic bearings taken from seaward.)

Erection of the lamp post at the northern extremity of Jijiko pier in Dairen harbour.
Note. For the purpose of marking the position of the northern extremity of Jijiko pier in Dairen harbour the South Manchuria Railway Company, Limited, has erected a lamp. post as described below. The lamp will be lighted from June 10.
Position. Latitude 38-5520 North; Longitude 121-4033 East.
Nature of light.-Immovable, green colour, showing in all directions, electric light of 50 candle power.
Height of light..-31 feet; 25 feet above base.
