NOTICE is hereby given that HA KIN PONG (carrying on business as the YU LER firm (1) at Si Fuk Village, Ko Yin District, Siu Hing Prefecture, Kwong Tung Province in the Republic of China, and at 108, Bouham Strand East, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Manufacturer of mattting, has on the 15th day of April, 1914, applied for registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

A Chinese "fish gate" bearing the charac-

on its side panels, having a dragon and a fish superimposed on its cen- tral opening, and surmounted by the written three

in the name of the said YU LEE firm, the said HA KIN PONG trading as "YU LEE" claim- ing to be the proprietor thereof.

The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the said YU LEE firm in respect of matting manufactured from grass, in Class 50.
