HE Twenty-Fourth Ordinary General Meeting of the above Association will be held at the Head Office, No. 26, The Bund, Shanghai, on Friday, the 24th April, 1914, at 4.30 o'clock p.m., precisely for presentation of the Report of the Directors and the Accounts to the 31st December, 1913, the election of Directors and Auditors for the current year, and for the purpose of transacting any other business which may be transacted at an Ordi- nary General Meeting.

The Transfer Books of the Association will be closed from the 18th to the 24th April, 1914, both days inclusive.

Members holding proxies for absent Share- holders must deposit same with the Secretary for registration at least forty-eight hours be fore the Meeting.
