No. S. 103.—It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the construction of a New Towing-Barge", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until noon of Tuesday, the 21st April, 1914.

Specifications can be obtained at the Sanitary Board Office, New Government Building.

Further particulars can be obtained on application to the Government Marine Surveyor.

Barge to be constructed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
