OTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of Hongkong dated the 24th day of March, 1914, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named Company from $500,000.00 to $468,050.00 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of March, 1914. The said minute is in the words and figures following "The Capital of GANDE, "PRICE AND COMPANY, LIMITED, henceforth "is $468,050.00 divided into 46,805 shares of "$10.00 each instead of the original capital of $500,000.00 divided into 50,000 shares of $10.00 each. At the time of the registration "of this minute 18,105 of the said shares have "been issued and the sum of $10.00 has been "and is to be deemed paid up on each of the "said shares."
