Ta special meeting of the creditors in Aabore matter held at the Official Re- ceiver's Office on the 12th day of February, 1914, at 11.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the creditors present to entertain a proposal for a scheme of composition, under which the unsecured creditors of the debtor will receive 20 cents in the dollar upon their claims, which shall have been admitted to rank for dividend.
The Scheme of Composition is deposited with the Official Receiver.
The meeting for the purpose of deciding whether the above resolution shall be con- firmed will be held at the Official Receiver's Office on Thursday, the 26th day of February, 1914, at 11.30 a.m.
The proposal of a scheme of composition can be confirmed only by a majority in number, representing three-fourths in value, of all the creditors who have proved, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
