From one SONICHI YOSHIZAWA for a Hotel Keeper's Adjunct Licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises Nos. 15 and 16, Praya East, 1st and 2nd floors, under the sign of "Yoshizawa Tokuhachi".
