OTICE is hereby given that a Petition presented to the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 6th day of January. 1914, for confirming a Special Resolution reducing the capital of the above-named Company from $150,000 to $90.000 by reducing the par value of the shares from $10 to $6 each is directed to be heard before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong on Saturday, the thirty-first day of January, 1914, at 1030 o'clock in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose
