No. 415.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. GEOFFREY ROBLEY SAYER to act as Deputy Official Receiver with effect from the 13th October, 1914, until further notice.

No. 416.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Lieutenant- Colonel F. W. G. GORDON-HALL, R.A.M.C., Director of Medical Services, South China Command, to be a Member of the Sanitary Board, vice Colonel J. M. Iawix, resigned, with effect from the 30th October, 1914.
