The Minutes of the last Meeting, held on the 2nd March, 1914, were confirmed.
NEW MEMBERS.-Mr. J. H. KEMP, Mr. E. D. C. WOLFE and Mr. A. F. CHURCHILL took the Oath and assumed their seats as Members of the Council.
