OTICE is hereby given that at an Ex- traordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company held at the Offices of Messrs. PERCY SMITH, SETH AND FLEMING, No. 5, Queen's Road Central, on Monday, the 15th day of December, 1913, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon the following extraordinary re- solutions were passed :-
1. That it has been proved to the satis- faction of the Company that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same; and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Ordi. nances, 1911 and 1913.
2. That TSANG WAN TANG AND WONG YIU TIN of Hongkong be hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
