"OTICE is hereby given that The ASIA- TIC PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED, carrying on business at Victoria, Hongkong and elsewhere as Oil Merchants and Refiners have on the 27th day of September, 1918, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
POWERIN
in' the name of The ASIATIC PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants since about the 27th day of June 1913, in respect of the following goods :-
Petroleum and its products including Benzine, Candles, Common Soap, Detergents, illuminating heating and Lubricating Oils; matches and starch, blue and other preparation for laun- dry purposes, in Class 47.
