SAMUEL MACOMBER CHURN beretofore called and known by the name of CHEUNG KIT T801, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong. Manager of the UNION TRAD- ING CO, hereby give public notice that on the 14th day of October, 1913. I forinally and absolutely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of my said name of CHEUNG KIT T801 and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of SAMUEL MACOMBER CHURN instead of the said name of CHEUNG KIT TSOI. And I give further Notice that, by a deed poll dated the 14th day of October, 1913. duly executed and attested, I formally and abso- lutely renounced and abandoned the said

name of CHEUNG KIT TSOI and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended! thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of SAMUEL MA- COMBER CHURN instead of CHEUNG KIT Tsor and so as to be at all times thereafter called known and described by the name of SAMUEL MACOMBER CHURN exclusively.
