DURSUANT to a petition dated the 23rd I day of May 1913, by the above named Creditors upon which a receiving order was made herein on the 26th day of June, 1913. and upon the application of certain of the creditors and upon hearing the Solicitors for the said Creditors and Counsel for the above named KIN Tye LoonG. It is ordered that the Debtors be and the said Debtors are hereby adjudged bankrupts, And It is further ordered that JOHN HENNESSEY SETH of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong accountant CHAN WAI CHI of Victoria aforesaid and LEUNG LAI MUN of Victoria aforesaid be and they are hereby appointed Joint Trustees of the estate of the said bankrupts, And it is further ordered that the said CHAN WAI CHI and LEUNG LAI MUN do forthwith furnish secu- rity to the satisfaction of the Registrar of the Supreme Court in the sum of $100,000 for the due performance of their duties and those of the said JOHN HENNESSEY SETH as Joint Trustees and for the due payment within one month from the date hereof of a dividend after paying all the expenses of the bank- ruptcy of at least 26 per cent, to all the credi- tors of the said bankrupts such dividend to be considered only as a first dividend in the event of the debtors' estate realizing more than 26 per cent. of their debts and the balance if any over and above 26 per cent, to be paid to the creditors in due course And it is further ordered that the books of account and all other documents books and papers seized by the Official Receiver under the In- terim Receiving Order made herein the 23rd day of May 1913, be handed over to the said JOHN HENNESSEY SETH in whose possession only the said books of account and other documents shall remain and who shall have the exclusive control thereof And it is further ordered that this order be inserted once in the Government Gazette.
