NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition
presented to the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 2nd day of September, 1913, for confirming a Special Resolution reducing the Capital of the above named Company from Dollars 751,845 to Dollars 375,922.50 is directed to be heard before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 4th day of October, 1913. Any Creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the reduction of the Capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
