OTICE is hereby given that The KWONG SANG HONG LIMITED of Nos. 246-248 Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, Manufacturers of and Dealers in Perfumery and chemical and other preparations and articles, have by their application dated 3rd April, 1913, applied for the registration iu Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-
in the name of The KWONG SANG HONG LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 12 of 1908, 112 of 1909, 113 of 1909 and 114 of 1909 and has been used by the Applicants since the 1st day of February, 1910, in respect of the following goods :-

The Trade Mark consists of a square panel in which is contained an oval panel. At the top of this oval panel is an insert of peculiar design, and imme diately under are the words GOLDEN CHARMS. The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :-

The above mentioned Trade Mark is to be associated with the Trade Marks Nos. 60, 61 and 75 of 1913.

LAND CHINA TRADING COMPANY, of No. 16 Des Voeux Central. Hongkong, have on the 17th day of December, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Re- gister of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
This Trade Mark consists of a banner and above it the words "La Republica" on a scroll which is set on a striped background. In the middle of the banner and extending to the full breadth of the ticket there is a pic- ture of a pagoda and a Chinese City wall with watch-houses and under- neath this picture, the other part of the banner on which are some tobacco leaves with small flowers. The whole ticket set off by a golden line,

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the colours red, yellow, blue, white, black in the form on which they appear in relation to each other on the banner in the Trade Mark.
