AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of
the above-named Company, duly con- vened and held at No. 13, Nanking Road, Shanghai, on the 28th day of May, 1918, the following Resolutions were duly passed; and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meet- ing of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 13th day of June, 1913, the said Resolutions were duly confirmed as Special Resolutions :-
