HEREBY give notice in accordance with Section 7 of the Tramway Ordinance 10 of 1942 of my intention to apply to the Gov- ernor-in-Council for power to rem ve the crossover which is nearest to the entrance of the Race Course Grand Stand enclosure to a position about 67 feet nearer Morison Hill.

NOTICE is hereby given that W. R.

2. This Trade Mark consists of a Chinese Lady wearing a Long Coat made of Peacock Feathers, being shewn into a house by a Chinese servant girl. In the house three Chinese Ladies can be seen through a window.
8. This Trade Mark consists of Two Chi- nese Ladies endeavouring to capture a Swallow inside a room. In different parts of the room are four other Chinese Ladies watcbing them.
4. This Trade Mark consists of a Garden scene. In the foreground seven Chinese Ladies and Children are look- ing into a Fish Pond in which a number of Fish are swimming. In the background there are a Chinese Dwelling House, Summer House and some Trees.
5. This Trade Mark consists of three Chinese Ladies on a verandah built on the bank of a river. Two of the Ladies are seated playing musical instruments and the other is stand- ing behind them with a roll of paper in her hand,
6. This Trade Mark consists of a man, woman and three children on a stone bridge over a stream in which a number of Fish can be seen.
7. This Trade Mark represents a Chinese Woman working at a weaving ma- chine.
in the name of W. R. LoXLEY & Co., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 are in- tended to be used by the Applicants forth- with in respect of the following goods:-
