MAGISTRACY.
No. S. 134.-It is hereby notified that by command of His Excellency the Governor, and pursuant to Section 10 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, (Ordinance No. 9 of 1911), an Election by the Justices of the Peace of three Justices of the Peace to serve on the Licensing Board for three years will take place at the Magistracy on Friday, the 23rd day of May, 1913, commencing at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
The only persons entitled to vote at the Election are the Justices of the Peace.
The election will be conducted in accordance with the Rules published in the Govern- ment Gazette dated 7th January, 1910.
Voting will commence at 4 p.in. and continue until 6 p.m. when the ballot-box will be closed.
Government Notification No. S. 120 of 25th April, 1913, is hereby cancelled.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, as Agricultural Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale, published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Condition No. L. published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909 and Government Notification No: 278 of 1911.
