"OTICE is hereby given that G. M. PFAFF at Kaiserslautern, Germany, a trad- ing company in conformity with the German law of commerce, its members being Georg Pfaff and Miss Lina Pfaff both residing at Kaiserslautern, manufacturing sewing ma- chines and parts of them, have on the 12th day of March, 1913. applied for the registra- tion in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of G. M. PFAFF who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of sewing machines and parts of them since the year 1862, in Class 6.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and also at the Office of the Undersigned.

DENNYS & Bow- LEY his Solicitors to apply to His Excellency the Governor for Letters Patent for the ex- clusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention.
