OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. PETER F. HEERING have on the 26th day of September, 1912, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark namely:-
The Device of a label on which appears the name "Heering" in large type. Above are grouped 8 medals which appears a facsimile signature of the firm name. Below are the

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the two coats of arms.
The Trade Mark has been used in respect of Cherry Brandy in Class 43.
