OTICE is hereby given that the MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA LIMITED of Prince's Building Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchants have, on the 7th day of January, 1913, applied for the registration, in Hong- kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, waz. :—
The representation of a Guitar with two Children's heads one on each side of the handle above which appear the word Guitar
together with the reading
Chinese characters
"Yuet Kam" meaning Guitar. On the right hand side of the mark appear
the Chinese characters 粉麵等頭
reading "Tau Dan Min Fan " mean- ing "Superior Flour" and on the left band side of the mark appear the
Chinese characters 製精國美
reading "Mi Kwok Tsing Chai" meaning "Skilfully Manufactured by America",
in the name of the said MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods, viz.:
Flour, in Class 42.
