I.
Lem Sing Lighthouse. The geographical position of the lighthouse is:

The lighthouse is situated on the end of the Lem-Sing peninsula 170 metres from the beach in South.
II.
A rock that dries about feet exists 300 metres to the South of Koh-Chula's W. Point in the line. End of the Pier at Paknam point in transit with Koh-Chula W. Point.
III.
The 3 points on the W. side of the Lem-Sing peninsula are called (from S. to N.) Lem-Gating, Lem-Muh-Noi and Lem-Muh-Yai. The interjacent bays are called (from S. to N.) Aw-Yang and Aw-Muh-Noi. Both are foul. The outlines of the land are rather different from what is shown in the Admiralty Chart No. 2721. In the middle of the mouth of Aw-Muh-Yai exists a rock awash at L.W.O.S. in 10 feet 1 miles 33° (N. 33° E. true) from the mark-tree to the summit of Koh-Nom-Sao (Coue Island).
The bottom of the bay to the N. of Lem-Muh-Yai is called Kou-Aw. Here exists a rock awash in 7 feet 2 miles 16° (N. 16° E. true) from Koh-Nom-Sao mark-tree,
