E, the undersigned, hereby beg to give notice that the business of the ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED will, as from the 28th day of February, 1913, be carried on by the undersigned, ARRATOON V. APCAR & Co. of Hongkong.

All debts and liabilities of the said business incurred by the undersigned, EMIL J. WATER- MAN, the Receiver and Manager on behalf of the Trustees for the Debenture Holders of the ORIENTAL BREWERY LIMITED, up to the said 28th day of February, 1913, will be discharged by him, and all debts and liabilities becoming due in respect of the said business after the said 28th day of February, 1913, will be dis- charged by the undersigned ARRATOON V. APCAR & Co.

All accounts due up to the said 28th day of February, 1913, are payable to the undersigned EMIL J. WATERMAN,
