OTICE is hereby given that the MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA LIMITED of Prince's Building Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchants have, on the 7th day of January, 1913, applied for the registration, in Hong- kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz. :—

The representation of a Guitar with two

Children's heads one on each side of the handle above which appear the vrd Guitar together with the Chinese characters reading "Yuet Kam" meaning Guitar. On the right hand side of the mark appear

in the name of the said MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods, viz.:-

Flour, in Class 42.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Office of the Undersigned.
